Testing

Before starting your testing, be sure to complete the following prerequisites:

  • To enable the Radial JavaScript, the Radial team must whitelist the sandbox URL.

  • Radial services must be installed and successfully configured for use.

  • The site must be configured to use Radial test account.

To configure your sandbox, obtain the following site preferences from Radial:

  • Service URL

  • Channel

  • Order Prefix

  • Customer Prefix

  • Catalog Prefix

  • Environment

  • API Key
