Radial Order Management

Radial Order Management provides robust order processing and inventory management. Radial provides full order brokering and inventory management for your fulfillment network using Radial, 3PL, or your own distribution centers. ROM is the system of record for order state and interfaces directly with the order channel(s), payments, fraud, customer care, and Radial fulfillment centers. Note: Radial store fulfillment is not part of this scenario.

Order Management APIs

API List

Radial's APIs are web services that employ a REST architecture. To use an API, you send a properly formed request message to the appropriate URI, or web address. The API processes the request and send a response message.

Order Management Feeds

Feeds

Radial feeds are file-based integrations typically used to share batch data between client systems and the Radial Order Management Platform. In most implementations, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) delivers feed files to a designated directory. All file acknowledgments, confirmations, and errors follow a schema shared by all products.
