Endless Aisle

Radial Order Management supports the fulfillment concept know as Endless Aisle. Endless Aisle is an omnichannel fulfillment technique that enables retailers to provide customers with items regardless of whether those items are in stock at the store. If an item is out of stock at a store, the store associate can order the item and have it shipped to the customer, providing the customer with an "endless aisle" of merchandise.

Implementations of the Endless Aisle concept include:

• Setting up kiosks in retail stores that enable customers to order items online right in the store.
• Drop shipping items that are out of stock in the store, which enables retailers to order out-of-stock items directly from suppliers.
• Omnichannel operations that enable store associates or customers to order items online and fulfill those order from a network of retail stores, distribution centers, and suppliers. This is the Endless Aisle that Radial Order Management supports.
