3PL Integration

Radial's third-party logistics (3PL) integration enables clients to integrate a robust order and inventory management system to their 3PL providers. Typically, 3PL providers handle the fulfillment and transportation needs of their customers.

Radial’s flexible approach to integration enables customization to the data based on the needs and contractual obligations between Radial and the client.

Order Management. Order Management data refers to customer orders to fulfill, order acknowledgments, and shipped order information. This data is used for accurate and timely order exchange with the fulfiller and accurate and timely processing of the customer orders through the Radial platform.

Warehouse Management. Warehouse Management data refers to inventory availability information, customer return information and file acknowledgement processing.

Message transport for a standard Client launch is FTP. Radial can implement SFTP or AS2, if required.

Radial can support other transports including Web Services, MQ, HTTP. Details on the specific implementation are configured based on the Client Contract and the client’s capabilities.

Feeds

The following four feeds transmit inventory and order information between the client and Radial:

  • Available Inventory provides SKU-level inventory, which can be replacement or adjustment.
  • Orders to Fulfill (OTF) transmits information on orders that Radial has processed successfully and are ready to be fulfilled.
  • Shipped Orders transmits information on shipped and canceled orders from the client to Radial.
  • Warehouse Returns transmits information on customer-returned orders received by the third-party/client’s warehouse.
