Manage Multiple Stores

If your account has been given access to more than one store, you can use the Stores pulldown menu, displayed on most pages, to switch between stores.

Information displayed, as well as actions and searches, are specific to the store or stores that you have selected. If you don’t see the data you expected to see, double-check your selections in the Stores pulldown menu.

In the Stores pulldown menu, the checkmark indicates that a store is selected.

  • To add a store to the selection, click the store name. A checkmark displays next to the store name.
  • To remove a store from the selection, click the store name. The store’s checkmark disappears.
  • To select all stores on the list, click Select All. A checkmark displays next to each store name on the list.
  • To select only one store, click Deselect All, then click the entry for the one store you want to see.

After you make selections in the Stores pulldown menu, be sure to click Submit or Search to apply the changes.

If your account has access to only one store, that store is automatically selected by default, and you can ignore the Stores pulldown menu.
