The Radial Payments & Fraud Portal

The Radial Payments & Fraud Portal (https://portal.radial.com) provides key insight into your organization's payments and fraud performance as well as real-time support to your day-to-day operations.

Organizational-level insight

Two separate and distinct dashboards, one each for Payments and Fraud, display summary-level data in a graphical format, rolled up based on the search criteria selected. The dashboard data is refreshed once an hour and can be searched back as far as 1 year in 6 month ranges.

Operational support

Two separate order/transaction-level screens provide deeper views into the transactions behind the dashboard metrics. Users can search by various criteria to generate detailed results sets, which can be filtered, drilled into or exported to CSV files for further analysis. The data presented in these screens is refreshed every 5 minutes.

An additional search screen provides access to the event messages generated during payments and fraud processing.

Accessibility

If you do not already have access to the Payments & Fraud Portal, please contact Radial Sales or Client Success. Access to production-level data is available only through your Radial contact. An admin user can be set up within your organization to create and disable additional user accounts.

The data presented in the Portal is driven by the store(s) assigned to your user profile. If you have more than one store (for example, multiple locations or brands) assigned to your profile, please be sure to select the relevant stores when performing searches. If you only have one store assigned to your profile, you will never need to select this attribute.

Finally, if you are a Fraud only client and Radial is not processing your payments, you will not have access to the Payment screens.
