Seller Rules include a set of Fulfillment Constraints, Fulfillment Optimizations, Sourcing Restrictions, and Node Prioritization rules. Seller Rules are applied every time a sourcing process is executed. To learn more about Seller Rules and how they work with Core Rules, see About Order Line Sourcing Rules.

To configure seller rules:

  1. Click or tap the icon in the upper-left corner. The Main Menu appears.
  2. Click or tap Omni Administration. The Omni Administration submenu appears.
  3. Click or tap Order line Sourcing Rules. The Order Line Sourcing Rules submenu opens.
  4. Click or tap the Seller Rules option. The Manage Seller Rules screen appears.

  5. Define the priority of the Fulfillment Optimization rules. For example, if you want the Date rule to be applied first, click or tap the Date rule and drag it up to replace the Min Shipment rule. As an alternative, you can click or tap the Min Shipment rule and drag it down to replace the Date Rule. The Date rule is now displayed first and have priority 1. Min Shipment rule has priority 2.
  6. If you want Landed Cost to be used for Fulfillment Optimization, select Use Landed Cost optimization option.
  7. Define Fulfillment Constraints. Fulfillment Constraints are optional. You can select all four constraints.
  8. Define Mandatory Sourcing Restrictions:
    • Enter Max Splits
    • Enter Max Resourcing Attempts Allowed Standard
    • Enter Max Resourcing Attempts Allowed Expedited
    • Toggle sourcing exclusions: Exclude Drop Ship Client Paid and/or Exclude Drop Ship
  9. Enter Maximum Node Availability Choices.
  10. Enter Maximum Shipping Choices to Generate.
  11. Optionally select Node Prioritization options to use. You can select all three node prioritization options.
  12. When all seller sourcing configurations are specified, click or tap the Save button on the action bar.
