View and Export ATP Inventory

You can use the ROM user interface to view and export ATP The quantity of inventory that can be used to fulfill orders on or before a specific date. Also called Available to Promise. Inventory, providing visibility into your product catalog and inventory availability. This feature gives you a summed view of inventory availability across all of your nodes on one screen. It also enables you to export the list to a .csv file.

Note: This feature is only available to Radial Easy Deployment (RED) clients with catalogs of fewer than 1,000 SKUs. You must have the appropriate permissions to access and use this feature.

To view and export ATP inventory:

1. From the Main Menu, navigate to Catalog & Inventory>View/Export ATP Inventory. The View/Export ATP Inventory screen appears.

   

   This screen lists all of the items in your catalog by Product ID and Product Name, and the ATP for each across all your nodes. The inventory is sorted into the following categories:

   • Supply The quantity of product that is currently available (On Hand supply) or will be available in the future (PO, INTRANSIT). Quantity

   • Demand Quantity The amount of a product that customers want.

   • Available Quantity The quantity of inventory that can be used to fulfill orders on or before a specific date. Also called Available to Promise.: Calculated as Supply Quantity - Demand Quantity

2. To export the data, click or tap the Export ATP Inventory button. ROM creates a .csv file and downloads it.

3. To get details on the availability of a product at a specific node, click or tap the icon. The Availability Search screen appears, showing the Supply Quantity, Demand Quantity, and Available Quantity or that product for each node.
