Export Items

The Item Master feed contains all of the product data in a SellerClosed A seller is part of an organization. It can represent a sales channel, geographic region, or line of business. Organizations can have more than one seller, but a seller can have only one organization.'s catalog. ROM uses this data for all of its order management and inventory functions. Using the ROM user interface, you can export items from ROM.

Note: This feature is only available to Radial Easy Deployment (RED) clients with catalogs of fewer than 1,000 SKUs and to Radial Fulfillment clients using the ROM UI. You must have the appropriate permissions to access and use this feature.

  1. From the Main Menu, navigate to Catalog & Inventory>Export Items. The Export Items screen appears.

  2. Click or tap the Export Items tile. ROM creates a data file in .csv format and downloads it to your Downloads folder. The filename is the following format:
    Items-yyyy-mm-ddThh_mm_ssZ
