Search for an Order
- To search for a specific order, click or tap the Order Search tile in the Omni Operations workflow.
The Order Lookup screen appears.
- Click or tap the icon. The Search panel appears. You can search by:
Order number
- Fulfillment Order An order that is ready to be picked, packed, shipped, and/or picked up. number
- Customer name
- Customer email
- Order Status
Note: If you select Customer name, Email, or Order Status, additional fields appear so that you can specify additional details.
- Click or tap the Search button. The system lists the orders that meet your search criteria.
If the system can't find your order, you'll receive a message indicating that the order was not found.
