Reprint Documents
Sometimes you may need to reprint documents associated with an order, such as a pick ticket or customer receipt.
To reprint these documents:
- From the dashboard, click or tap the Reprint Documents tile in the Omni Operations workflow.
The Reprint Documents screen appears.
- To narrow the list of documents, use the Search function. You can search on:
- Fulfillment Order An order that is ready to be picked, packed, shipped, and/or picked up. number
- Document ID
- Document Type, including Customer Receipt, Hold Ticket A document that accompanies an order that is waiting for the customer to pick it up., Pick Ticket A document that specifies the items in an order. The Store Associate uses the pick ticket to assemble the order., Customer Packslip, Hassle-free Return Shipping Label, and Return Receipt
- User ID
- Web Order ID
Note: Web Order ID search is only valid for Return Receipt documents.
Select your search criteria, then click or tap Search. If the system can't find the document, it displays an error.
- To reprint the document, click or tap the icon in the rightmost column of the document's row. A print dialog appears. You can only reprint one document at a time.
