Reset Your Password
If you forget your logon password, you can reset it. Your ROM Administrator can set up two different ways that you can reset your password:
-
Enable you to configure a set of security questions and answers. When you answer the questions correctly, the password reset screen appears.
-
Enable you to receive an email with a link to the password reset screen.
You may have access to the email link method or to both methods. If you have access to both methods, you can choose which method you want to use.
Reset Your Password with Security Questions
If your admin has enabled Security Questions for you, you can use them to recover and reset your password.
-
Click the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the logon dialog.
-
Enter your username, then select Reset with Security Questions.
-
Click or tap the Reset Password button. The Security Questions dialog appears.
-
Enter the answers to the questions, then click or tap Verify Answers. If you enter the correct answers, the Password dialog appears.
Note: If you enter one or more incorrect answers, ROM displays an error message and prompts you to try again.
-
Enter and confirm your new password, then click or tap Reset Password.
-
If the password reset is successful, ROM displays a success message; otherwise, ROM displays an error message.
Reset Your Password with Email
If you admin has not enabled the Security Questions feature for you, you can reset your password through email. (You can also use this method if you don't want to use the Security Questions method.) In this method, ROM sends a link to the Password dialog to your email address.

Click the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the logon dialog.
-
Enter your username, then select Reset with Email.
