Release 2021.3 of Radial Reporting & Analytics includes the following new features and enhancements.

 

 

Fulfillment: New Dashboards

Network Performance Details Report

This dashboard allows users to look for key metrics across their entire Radial Fulfillment network and sellers in one view. Users can select and un-select fields as needed to customize the view of the dashboard. This new dashboard is particularly helpful for clients with multiple brands and multiple Radial nodes.

Package Details Report

The new Package Details Report provides details on shipped packages in the warehouse management system including Radial package dims, carton types, and more. You can filter the report by seller, facility, carrier, and several other options, and you can find information on specific packages by order number, tracking number, or release number.

Period Over Period Comparison Dashboard

The new Period Over Period Comparison dashboard lets you view activity levels in two different time periods, displayed side-by-side for easy visual comparison. For example, you can use the dashboard to compare this year's peak period with last year's peak period.

Hassle Free Return Details

This new dashboard allows users to see details of hassle-free returns as communicated with carriers. This dashboard's data will be populated only for those clients that use Radial’s hassle-free return service. A copy of this report is also available for all clients that use Radial Order Management.

Fulfillment: Enhancements to Existing Dashboards

Outbound SLA Dashboard

We listened to feedback received on this dashboard and now show quite a few data points that will allow users to better understand how Radial Fulfillment Operations team is performing on the contracted outbound service levels. These attributes include Late Orders and Official Late Orders. We added new views that will allow users to see aggregates for Standard, Gift, Hazmat, and Customized orders. User can also see all the configuration details such as SLA Rules, Peak Dates, and Cut-off Times.

Receiving Overview

We have retooled some of this dashboard's widgets based on how users were using this dashboard. The dashboard was simplified overall; the anchor date was changed from ASN interface date to activity date; and we added a new activity-based view that shows how many units have been received and put away in the fulfillment center.

Receiving Details

In conjunction with the Receiving Overview dashboard, this dashboard now exposes PO/ASN details that use ASN activity date as their anchor date. Users can customize their views to see how many units were expected on their ASNs, how many were received, and how many have been put away.

Item Profile Details

We have made this report more user-friendly by providing three new filters: Customer Item Number, UPC Number, and Style.

Order Management: New Dashboards

Order Release Analysis

To help users understand how the order release flow is working in Radial Order Management systems, we have created a new Order Release Analysis dashboard. This dashboard summarizes released orders by activity date, release date, and fulfillment node. This dashboard is refreshed hourly and is available for all sellers that are on the current version of Radial Order Management.

Order Management: Enhancements to Existing Dashboards

Omni Administrator Dashboard

The Omni Administrator Dashboard now supports hourly refresh of key performance indicator data for sellers that are on current version of Radial Order Management. For sellers using the legacy version of Radial Order Management, metrics on this dashboard will be updated with a daily frequency.

In addition to these changes, we provide near-real-time order detail view of Demand, Shipped, Cancelled, and Pick Declined orders.

Users can also access the Open Order Analysis dashboard from the Open Orders widget. This dashboard provides an Open Order Details view that shows details of orders in each different order status.

Order & Store Fulfillment Dashboard

Fulfillment Node is now available as a key filter for this dashboard, alongside Fulfillment Node Category and Fulfillment Node Type.

Customer Care: New Dashboards

Recent Metric Summary

A new Recent Metric Summary dashboard allows users to see the same key measures as the Metric Summary dashboard. This new dashboard displays metric summary data refreshed every 30 minutes. Users can customize views as needed.

In order to keep refresh times quick, this dashboard's time frame is limited to today's and yesterday's data. For analysis going further back, users can take advantage of the Metric Summary dashboard.

Customer Care: Enhancements to Existing Dashboards

Tables Moved from Phone Summary, Chat Summary, Email Summary, SMS Summary, Social Summary

To enhance user experience, we have changes to the layout of all the channel summary dashboards. These dashboards now only contain charts. All the table widgets at the bottom of these dashboards have been moved to Metric Summary dashboards. These table views can still be accessed from the main summary dashboards.
