Omnichannel

The ROM Omnichannel product is Radial's complete integration, covering the eCommerce flow from "Submit Order" to shipping. Radial provides full order brokering and inventory management for your fulfillment network, including complete inventory management, distributed order management, store fulfillment, customer care tools, and standard business intelligence. ROM is the system of record for order state and interfaces directly with the order channel(s), payments, fraud, customer care, and Radial fulfillment centers.

Omnichannel APIs

API List

Radial's APIs are web services that employ a REST architecture. To use an API, you send a properly formed request message to the appropriate URI, or web address. The API processes the request and send a response message.

Omnichannel Feeds

Feeds

Radial feeds are file-based integrations typically used to share batch data between client systems and the Radial Order Management Platform. In most implementations, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) delivers feed files to a designated directory. All file acknowledgments, confirmations, and errors follow a schema shared by all products.
