ROM Connect + Order Brokering

ROM Connect + Order Brokering is for clients who require backorder, preorder, or multiple fulfillment nodes. It includes the ability to configure and prioritize sourcing rules through the user interface. Once the sourcing rules are set up, Radial sources the order to the best-fit fulfillment location. Radial maintains backorders, pre-orders, and rules on split shipments. Radial provides ATP inventory every half hour to the client systems and makes real-time inventory checks available. Order lines can be sent to Radial regardless of available inventory, and can hold order lines for backorder or pre-sale. Note: To use ROM Connect + Order Brokering, you must also use ROM Connect + Inventory.

API List

Radial's APIs are web services that employ a REST architecture. To use an API, you send a properly formed request message to the appropriate URI, or web address. The API processes the request and send a response message.

Feeds

Radial feeds are file-based integrations typically used to share batch data between client systems and the Radial Order Management Platform. In most implementations, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) delivers feed files to a designated directory. All file acknowledgments, confirmations, and errors follow a schema shared by all products.
