Order Create

The Order Create API imports sales orders into Radial system for fulfillment, including both B2C and B2B order types. There are several options for using this API:

• Single Order Create - This option enables you to import orders one at a time. This is the preferred method for transmitting orders. You can either an XML or JSON version.

  • JSON Order Create

• Bulk Order Create - Submitting orders individually does not make sense in all cases. The following alternatives enable you to import multiple orders in a batch.

  • XML Bulk Order Create - This option involves dropping an XML file into a Radial-hosted SFTP mailbox.
