ROM Connect + Inventory

The ROM Connect + Inventory product adds ATP Inventory feeds, real-time inventory API calls, and access to the inventory portions of the ROM user interface. You can use flexible rules to manage Available to Promise inventory and safety stock. Radial provides ATP inventory every half hour to the client systems and makes real time inventory checks. Client systems determine the fulfillment location(s), then send order lines to Radial. Radial then passes the order through. If an order line is sent to Radial and no inventory is available, the order line is canceled as out of stock and sent back to the client or their third-party system.

API List

Radial's APIs are web services that employ a REST architecture. To use an API, you send a properly formed request message to the appropriate URI, or web address. The API processes the request and send a response message.

ROM Connect + Inventory: Feeds

Feeds

Radial feeds are file-based integrations typically used to share batch data between client systems and the Radial Order Management Platform. In most implementations, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) delivers feed files to a designated directory. All file acknowledgments, confirmations, and errors follow a schema shared by all products.
