ROM Connect integrates your ERP system, OMS, and/or webstore to Radial’s pick, pack, and ship fulfillment services and facilities. ROM Connect receives order lines and fulfills them. Order lines are sent to Radial after the client's system or client's third-party system determines that there is inventory and selects the fulfillment location. If an order line is sent to Radial and no inventory is available, the order line is canceled as out of stock and sent back to the client or their third-party system.
