ROM Connect

ROM Connect integrates your ERP system, OMS, and/or webstore to Radial’s pick, pack, and ship fulfillment services and facilities. ROM Connect receives order lines and fulfills them. Order lines are sent to Radial after the client's system or client's third-party system determines that there is inventory and selects the fulfillment location. If an order line is sent to Radial and no inventory is available, the order line is canceled as out of stock and sent back to the client or their third-party system.

API List

Radial's APIs are web services that employ a REST architecture. To use an API, you send a properly formed request message to the appropriate URI, or web address. The API processes the request and send a response message.

ROM Connect Feeds

Feeds

Radial feeds are file-based integrations typically used to share batch data between client systems and the Radial Order Management Platform. In most implementations, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) delivers feed files to a designated directory.
