Your Portal Account

Your Portal account was created for you, either by Radial staff as part of your webstore setup, or by someone in your webstore organization with an administrator-level Portal account. For information on managing your account information, see the following topics:

Note: If you also use the Radial Payments & Fraud Sandbox, be aware that your Portal account is separate from your Sandbox account. Changing your Portal password, for example, does not affect your Sandbox password.
