1. To search for a specific order, click or tap the Order Search tile in the Omni Operations workflow.

    The Order Lookup screen appears.

  2. Click or tap the icon. The Search panel appears. You can search by:
    • Order number

    • Fulfillment Order number
    • Customer name
    • Customer email
    • Order Status

    Note: If you select Customer name, Email, or Order Status, additional fields appear so that you can specify additional details.

  3. Click or tap the Search button. The system lists the orders that meet your search criteria.

    If the system can't find your order, you'll receive a message indicating that the order was not found.
