The Requests dashboard summarizes customer requests.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

  • Date: specify a range of dates for this dashboard's data

  • Seller Name

  • Store Name

  • Region: select one or more regions to see information for requests handled in those regions

Data Items

% Closed < 24 hrs

The percentage of requests that were closed within 24 hours of the request's arrival.

Closed < 24 hrs shows the number of requests in this category.

% Closed 24 - 48 hrs

The percentage of requests that were closed between 24 and 48 hours after the request's arrival.

Closed 24 - 48 hrs shows the number of requests in this category.

% Closed 48 - 72 hrs

The percentage of requests that were closed between 48 and 72 hours after the request's arrival.

Closed 48 - 72 hrs shows the number of requests in this category.

% Closed > 72 hrs

The percentage of requests that were closed more than 72 hours after the request's arrival.

Closed > 72 hrs shows the number of requests in this category.

Requests Trend

This bar and line graph shows the trend over time for request volume. The number of requests created and closed are graphed as bars against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph. The percentage of requests closed in less than 24 hours is graphed against the percentage scale on the right side of the graph.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or Hourly time units. To change the time unit, make a selection from the Select Period View menu above the graphs, and click Apply.

Open Requests

This bar and line graph shows the trend over time for open requests. The number of requests considered actionable and non-actionable are graphed as bars against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph. The average number of hours to close actionable requests is graphed against the numeric scale on the right side of the graph.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or Hourly time units. To change the time unit, make a selection from the Select Period View menu above the graphs, and click Apply.
