D06 Shipment Summary

The Shipment Summary dashboard shows summary shipping information for different carriers and carrier services, and for orders, units, and packages.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

• Order Shipped Date: specify a range of dates to see information for orders that were shipped during that period
• Radial Managed Flag

• Seller Name

• Region

• Facility Name

• Carrier

• Carrier Service

• Order Type

Data Items

Total Shipped Orders

The total number of orders shipped in the selected time period.

Units per Order (UPO)

The average number of units in an order in the selected time period.

Units per Package (UPP)

The average number of units in a shipping container in the selected time period.

Packages per Order (PPO)

The average number of shipping containers per order in the selected time period.

Shipped Orders by Carrier

This pie chart shows the portion of orders shipped by each carrier.

Shipped Orders by Carrier Service

This pie chart shows the portion of orders shipped by each carrier service.

Shipped Orders by Container Type

This pie chart shows the portion of orders for each type of container.

You can jump from this widget to the second-level dashboard Shipped Order Summary by Container Type. To jump, right-click any pie chart segment and select Jump to Tabular View from the pop-up menu. The target dashboard opens in a new window.

Shipped Order Summary by Container Type (Table View)

This table can be viewed by a jump from the Shipped Orders by Container Type pie chart. To jump, right-click any pie chart segment and select Jump to Tabular View from the pop-up menu. The target dashboard opens in a new window.

The Period column shows the time period for a table row. You can see values summarized by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the table, make a selection from the Select Period View menu, and click Apply.

The Shipped Orders columns, one for each container type, show the number of orders shipped in that container type during the specified time period.

This table comprises a second-level dashboard with its own filter pane. The filter pane provides the same filters seen in the Shipment Summary parent dashboard, but the second-level dashboards filters operate independently of the filter values for the parent dashboard. You can change the table's filters without affecting the Shipment Summary dashboard's filter values.

This stacked bar chart shows the trend in order counts for each carrier. Hover over a colored graph segment to see numerical data for that segment.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Period View menu, and click Apply.

Shipped Orders by Carrier Service

This stacked bar chart shows the trend in order counts for each carrier. Hover over a colored graph segment to see numerical data for that segment.

OUP Summary

This line graph shows the trend over time for the ratios of orders, units, and packages. Units per order, units per package, and packages per order are graphed against a numeric scale.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Period View menu, and click Apply.

Shipment Summary (Table)

This table shows numerical data over periods of time for shipped orders, units, and packages, along with calculated units per order, units per package, and packages per order.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Period View menu, and click Apply.
