D07 Customized Order Overview

The Customized Orders Overview dashboard shows information about specialized types of orders.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

Order Interfaced Date: specify a range of dates to see information for orders that were interfaced during that period.
Seller Name
Facility Name
Order Type

Data Items

Total Interfaced Units

The total number of units ordered in the selected time period.

Total Interfaced Orders shows the total number of orders received in the selected time period.

Total Shipped Units

The total number of units shipped in the selected time period.

Total Shipped Orders shows the total number of orders shipped in the selected time period.

Customized Units

The total number of units for which any form of customization was requested.

Customized Orders shows the total number of orders that included customized units.

Customized Units%

The units for which customization was requested, as a percentage of total unit count.

Customized Order% shows the orders that included customized units, as a percentage or total order count.

Demand Unit Count by Customization

This pie chart shows the types of orders that accounted for customized units. Hover over a pie slice to see numerical data.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Period View menu, and click Apply.

Customized Demand Units Trend

This stacked bar chart shows the trend over time for types of customized units. Hover over a graph segment to see numerical data.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Period View menu, and click the Apply button.

Customized Demand Units% Trend

This line graph shows the percentage of total units for each type of customization. Hover over a graph point to see numerical data.

Order Summary by Customization

This table summarizes orders and units for each customized order type. Each row summarizes a time unit in the selected time period. Columns are repeated for each category of customation (Alterations, Embroidery, Engraving, Gift Msg, Gift Wrap, Hazmat, Kit Group, etc.).

You can see values summarized by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the table, make a selection from the Select Period View menu (above the graphs), and click and click Apply.

Column	Description
Period	The time period of the row’s data.
Interfaced Customized Units	The number of interfaced units with this category of customization during this time period.
Customized Units% (of Total Interfaced Units)	The customized units in this category, expressed as a percentage of the total number of interfaced units in this time period.
Interfaced Customized Orders	The number of interfaced orders that included units with this category of customization during this time period.
Customized Order% (of Total Interfaced Orders)	The orders with customized units in this category, expressed as a percentage of the total number of interfaced orders in this time period.
Shipped Customized Units	The number of shipped units with this category of customization during this time period.
Customized Units% (of Total Shipped Units)	The customized units in this category, expressed as a percentage of the total number of shipped units in this time period.
Shipped Customized Orders	The number of shipped orders that included units with this category of customization during this time period.
Customized Order% (of Total Shipped Orders)	The orders with customized units in this category, expressed as a percentage of the total number of shipped orders in this time period.
