Filters
The filter pane for this report includes the following filters.
- Order Forecast Date: specify a range of dates as the targeted dates of forecasts.
- Seller Name
- Region
- Facility Name
Data Elements
The Order Forecast Details report summarizes order forecasts by client, seller, facility, and date.

Seller ID |
A unique identifier for the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system. Usually a seller corresponds to one sales channel, for example, a webstore serving a particular geographic region operating under a particular name. |

The name of the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system. |

Facility ID |
Unique identifier for the warehouse or distribution center. |

Facility Name |
Name of the warehouse or distribution center. |

Order Forecast Date |
The targeted date for the forecast, as entered by the client in the forecast spreadsheets. |

Actual Demand Units |
Actual unit demand as seen in the warehouse management system for the date. |

Actual Demand Orders |
Actual order demand as seen in the warehouse management system for the date. |

Actual UPO |
Actual units per order is calculated as (Actual Demand Units / Actual Demand Orders) using data from the warehouse management system for the date. |

Locked Forecast Demand Units |
Locked forecast unit demand as entered by the client in the forecast spreadsheets. If locked forecast is not available, this value is blank. |

Locked Forecast Demand Orders |
Locked forecast order demand as entered by the client in the forecast spreadsheets. If locked forecast is not available, this value is blank. |

% to Locked Forecast Units |
The number of units ordered, expressed as a percentage of the locked forecast on the specific date. |

% to Locked Forecast Orders |
The number of orders received, expressed as a percentage of the locked forecast on the specific date. |

Current Forecast Demand Units |
Current forecast unit demand as entered by the client in the forecast spreadsheets. If current forecast is not available, this value is blank. |

Current forecast order demand as entered by the client in the forecast spreadsheets. If current forecast is not available, this value is blank. |

% to Current Forecast Units |
The number of units ordered, expressed as a percentage of the current forecast on the specific date. |

The number of orders received, expressed as a percentage of the current forecast on the specific date. |
