D02 Receiving Forecast

The Receiving Forecast dashboard displays information about the number of product units forecast to be received in the selected set of facilities in the specified time frame.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

• Activity Date: specify a range of dates to see information about items forecast to be received in that period.
• Seller Name
• Facility Name

Data Items

Locked Forecast Units

The number of units predicted to be received during the selected time period, according to the locked forecast.

Current Forecast Units

The number of units predicted to be received during the selected time period, according to the current forecast.

Received Units

The number of product units already received during the specified time period.

Trend by Activity Date

In this bar and line graph, bars show the total number of units received in each time interval, measured against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph. Lines show the following values, measured against the percentage scale on the left side of the graph:

• % to Locked Forecast: The actual units received, expressed as a percentage of the number of units predicted in the locked forecast.
• % to Current Forecast: The actual units received, expressed as a percentage of the number of units predicted in the current forecast.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Time Period menu, and click Apply.

Summary by Activity Date

This table summarizes the forecast units and actual received units for each time period.

You can see values summarized by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of each table row, make a selection from the Select Time Period menu, and click Apply.
