The Inbound SLA dashboard shows performance measures compared to Service Level Agreement targets for inbound shipments.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

  • SLA Start Date: select a range of dates to see information on inbound units with SLA periods that begin during the selected dates.
  • Seller Name
  • Facility Name
  • Channel

Data Items

Inbound SLA

A percentage measure of performance against the SLA for inbound units during the selected period.

Units Put-away within SLA shows total number of inbound units that were put away.

Total Received Units

The total number of units received during the selected period.

SLA Eligible Receipts

The percentage of inbound units that are eligible to be included in the SLA measure.

SLA Eligible Units Received shows the total number of inbound units included in the SLA measure.

Exclusions

The percentage of inbound units that are excluded from the SLA measure.

Excluded Units Received shows the total number of inbound units that are not eligible to be included in the SLA measure.

Inbound SLA Daily Trend

This line and bar graph shows the trend for inbound Service Level Agreement performance. The Inbound SLA is graphed as a line against the percentage scale on the right side of the graph. The number of units included in SLA (SLA Eligible Receipts) and excluded (Excluded Receipts) are graphed as bars against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Period View menu, and click Apply.

Exclusions

This pie chart shows the share of excluded units that are attributed to each exclusion reason code. Hover over a colored pie segment to see numerical data for that segment.
