Data Elements
The ASN Reconciliation Summary report provides a ASN-level summary view of unit data as being interfaced to Radial or actively worked on by Radial Ops.

Seller Name |
The name of the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system. |
Seller ID |
A unique identifier for the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system. Usually a seller corresponds to one sales channel, for example, a webstore serving a particular geographic region operating under a particular name. |
Facility Name |
Name of the warehouse or distribution center. |
Facility ID |
Unique identifier for the warehouse or distribution center. |
ASN Number |
Client advance shipping note (ASN) number. |
ASN Created Date |
Date when the advance shipping note was created. |
Last Updated Date |
Date of the most recent chance to the ASN. |
ASN Status |
The current status value of the advance shipping note, for example: Completed, InTransit, NOT AVAILABLE, Open, Canceled, Receiving Started, Receiving Verified. |
Units Expected |
Number of units expected for the ASN. You can click the value in this column to jump to the ASN Reconciliation Details second-level dashboard for a more detailed view of this ASN. |
Units Received |
Number of units actually received for the ASN. You can click the value in this column to jump to the ASN Reconciliation Details second-level dashboard for a more detailed view of this ASN. |
Units Putaway |
Number of units put away for the ASN. You can click the value in this column to jump to the ASN Reconciliation Details second-level dashboard for a more detailed view of this ASN. |
Remain to Receive |
Number of units not yet received for the ASN. You can click the value in this column to jump to the ASN Reconciliation Details second-level dashboard for a more detailed view of this ASN. |
Remain To Putaway |
Number of units left to be put away. This value is calculated as (Received Units - Putaway Units). You can click the value in this column to jump to the ASN Reconciliation Details second-level dashboard for a more detailed view of this ASN. |
ASN Reconciliation Details
ASN Reconciliation Details is a second-level dashboard. You can reach it by clicking numeric values in any of several columns in the main ASN Reconciliation Summary report. The details dashboard opens in a new browser tab. To return to the main report, close the tab for the second-level dashboard.
The filters panel for the details dashboard are preset for the specific Seller, Facility, and ASN Number from the table row that you clicked. You can make additional filter selections, for example, to find information related to a specific Item Number, Client Item Number, or UPC Number.
ASN Reconciliation by Item
This table provides the ASN Line level view of the data as being interfaced to Radial or actively worked on by Radial Operations.

Item Description |
A text description of the item or SKU. |
Product Status |
A status code for the product corresponding to this Item Number and UPC. |
Units Expected |
Number of units expected for the ASN. |
Units Shipped |
Number of units shipped for the ASN. |
Units Received |
Number of units actually received for the ASN. |
Units Putaway |
Number of units put away for the ASN. |
Remain to Receive |
Number of units not yet received for the ASN. |
Remain To Putaway |
Number of units left to be put away. This value is calculated as (Received Units - Putaway Units). |
ASN Inbound Transaction Details
This table provides all the transactions that occurred in the warehouse management system against the selected ASN.

The type of source for the ASN. Values are based on how the ASN was created. X = ASN was created for a PO YES = ASN was created, not against a PO NO = Unknown how ASN was created |
Item Number |
A unique identifier for the item. Typically, Radial-assigned catalog ID followed by client-assigned SKU number for the item. |
Client Item Number |
The client's unique identifier for the item. |
UPC Number |
Universal Product Code, a manufacturer-assigned number that corresponds to a barcode for the item. |
Item Description |
A text description of the item or SKU. |
Unit Price |
Unit cost of the SKU. If this information is not provided by the seller, the value is set to $0. |
Retail Price |
Unit selling price of the SKU. If this information is not provided by the seller, the value is set to $0. |
LPN Number |
An identifier for a pallet or grouping of containers in shipping. |
Received Date |
Date when the items in the ASN were received. |
Received Units |
Number of units actually received for the ASN. |
Putaway Date |
Date when the items in the ASN were put away. |
Putaway Units |
Number of units put away for the ASN. |
