Filters

The filter pane for this report includes the following filters.

  • Date Counted: specify a range of dates to see information for cycle count activities during that period.
  • Seller Name
  • Facility Name
  • Item Number: enter specific item numbers to see information just for those items.
  • Customer Item Number

Data Elements

The Cycle Count Details report lists, by location and item number, the items that were counted in a cycle count inventory auditing activity.

Column

Description

Seller ID

A unique identifier for the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system. Usually a seller corresponds to one sales channel, for example, a webstore serving a particular geographic region operating under a particular name.

Seller

The name of the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system.

Facility ID

Unique identifier for the warehouse or distribution center.

Facility

Name of the warehouse or distribution center.

Location

The location within the facility where the item is stocked. A combination of aisle, bay, and bin levels.

Item Number

A unique identifier for the item. Typically, Radial-assigned catalog ID followed by client-assigned SKU number for the item.

Customer Item Number

The client's unique identifier for the item.

UPC Number

Universal Product Code, a manufacturer-assigned number that corresponds to a barcode for the item.

Item Description

A text description of the item or SKU.

Date Counted

Date when the cycle count activity occurred.

Lot Counted

The lot that was counted during the cycle count process. This applies only to lot-controlled inventory.

Count ID

Count ID counter in the warehouse management system that ties to the cycle count. This is unique for the combination of SKU, location, lot, and date.

Expected Units

Number of units expected in the location.

Counted Units

Number of units counted in the location.

Difference

The difference between Expected Qty and Counted Qty. This value is unique for the combination of SKU, location, lot, and date.

Difference Flag

Flag indicates that there was a different between Expected Qty and Counted Qty. The Difference Flag value is 1 whenever Difference <> 0. If Difference = 0, the Difference Flag value is 0.

Status

A description of the difference found during counting. The value is Shortage, Overage, or Exact Match, based on this logic: Shortage = (counted < expected), Overage = (counted > expected), Exact Match = (counted = expected)
