D01 Returns Overview
The Returns Overview dashboard displays information about units returned by customers.
Filters
The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.
- Return Process Date: specify a range of dates for information on returns that were processed during that period.
- Seller Name
- Facility Name
Data Items
Return Received Units
The total number of units returned by customers.
Expected Return Units is the number of units expected to be returned by customers.
Return Amt (w/ Order ref)
The monetary value of the returns, as the total selling price of the units that were returned.
Sellable Amount
The monetary value of returned units that can be returned to inventory to sell to another customer.
Sellable Units shows the number of returned units that can be returned to inventory.
Damaged Amount
The monetary value of returned units that are damaged.
Damaged Units shows the number of returned units that are damaged.
Select View and Time Period
You can see this dashboard's values summarized by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of this dashboard's graphs and tables, make a selection from the Select Time Period menu, and click Apply.
Click OVERVIEW or INVENTORY DISPOSITION to see the data items listed below for each area.
Overview
This Return Activity Trend line and bar graph shows the trend of returns over time. The lines show the Return Amount, the value of the return units that were received, against the monetary scale on the right side of the graph. The bars show the Return Units, the number of units received as returns, against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph.
Inventory Disposition
The Return Units by Product Status stacked bar chart shows the trend over time of returned units, broken down by their status (Damaged or Sellable).
The Return Amount by Product Status stacked bar chart shows the trend over time of the value of returned units, broken down by their status (Damaged or Sellable).
The Inventory Disposition Table summarizes, for each Return Process Date, returned units, their value, and their disposition.
