Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

  • Seller Name

  • Ship Node Description

  • Specify a range of dates in Order Date or Delayed Release Date.

  • Webstore Order Number: specify an order number to find information for that order.

Open Orders Node Summary

This table provides a summary of open orders, organized by date and status.

Column

Description

Seller Name

Sales channel (store) name.

Fulfillment Location

The fulfillment location handling the order.

Order Date

The date the order was placed.

Status Name

The order status value for the order.

Column

Description

Seller Name

Sales channel (store) name.

Fulfillment Location

The fulfillment location handling the order.

Delayed Release Date

The date the order was released for shipment after delay.

Ship Start Date

The earliest date the order can be shipped.

Ship By Date

The latest date the order can be shipped.

Order Number

Order ID assigned by the order management system (OMS) to the order record.

Website Order Number

Order ID assigned by the webstore.

Aging Days

The number of days elapsed since the order was placed.

Prime Line Number

The order line number for the highest-value item in the order.

Product SKU Number

An identifier that is used by merchants to organize the tracking of products and services offered to customers.

Product Name

A text description of the product.

Carrier Service

The carrier service by which the order was shipped. Examples: Next Day, Ground.

Status Name

The order status value for the order.

Order Release Date

The initial date the order was released for shipment.

Total Open Quantity

Total quantity that has not yet been shipped for this order.
