The Omni Administrator Dashboard gathers key measures to provide an overview of current order activity for an omnichannel administrator.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

  • Time Period or Date: Use either filter to select a range of dates for this dashboard's data.
  • Seller Name
  • Fulfillment Location

Data Items

Demand Orders

The number of new orders in the selected time period.

Click the number to jump to the Demand Order Details second-level dashboard for deeper information related to this data point. The target dashboard opens in a new browser tab.

Units shows the number of units in the demand orders.

Demand Gross Amount

The total monetary value of demand orders in the selected time period.

Avg Order Value shows the average monetary value per order.

Shipped Orders

The number of orders shipped in the selected time period.

Units shows the number of units in the shipped orders.

Open Orders

The number of orders that have not yet been shipped.

Units shows the number of units in the open orders.

Cancelled Orders

The number of orders cancelled during the selected time period.

Units shows the number of cancelled units.

Back Orders

The number of orders in backorder status.

Click the number to jump to the D04 Backorder Analysis dashboard for deeper information related to this data point. The target dashboard opens in a new browser tab.

Units shows the number of units backordered to fill current orders.

Order/Unit Count Trends

You can view a trend graph either for orders or for units. To see the order trend, click ORDERS in the selector above the graph. To see the unit trend, click UNITS in the selector above the graph.

Orders: This bar graph shows numbers of orders per day over the selected time period. Demand orders, shipped orders, and cancelled orders are shows as separate bars for each day.

Units: This bar graph shows numbers of units per day over the selected time period. Demand units, shipped units, and cancelled units are shows as separate bars for each day.

Order Brokering Trends

This stacked bar graph shows the trend over time in orders filled at each type of facility. The number of orders fulfilled at stores and distribution centers are graphed as bars against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph.

Top Pick Decline Reasons

This pie chart shows the share of pick declines attributed to each decline reason code.

Click a pie segment to jump to the Pick Declined Order Details second-level dashboard for deeper information for orders that were pick declined for this specific decline reason. The target dashboard opens in a new browser tab.

Top Cancel Reasons

This pie chart shows the share of cancelled orders attributed to the top cancellation reason codes.

Shipped Orders by Carrier Service

This stacked bar chart shows the number of orders shipped by each carrier, with the bar for each carrier broken down by carrier service.

Top 5 SKUs by Demand Units

This bar graph shows the top five SKUs represented in the demand units during the selected time period.

Top 5 SKUs in Shipped Units

This bar graph shows the top five SKUs represented in the shipped units during the selected time period.

Top 5 SKUs Details

This table shows identifiers and descriptions for the top five SKUs in shipped units.

Store Activity by Order Status

This bar chart shows the number of orders in each status value for store fulfillment orders.

This chart is jumpable. For deeper information, click any bar in the chart, and select Jump to D03 Store Fulfillment KPI. The D03 Store Fulfillment KPI dashboard opens in a new browser window.

Demand Order Details

Demand Order Details is a second-level dashboard. You can reach it by clicking the numeric value under Demand Orders in the main Omni Administrator dashboard. The details dashboard opens in a new browser tab. To return to the main dashboard, close the tab for the second-level dashboard.

The filters panel for the details dashboard offers the same filter options as the main Omni Administrator dashboard. Note that the details dashboard's filters operate independently from the filters of the main dashboard. You can change the filters of the details dashboard without affecting the data in the main dashboard.

The Demand Orders Details dashboard contains a table that summarizes fulfillment status for orders at the order line and subline level.

Column

Description

Seller Name

The name of the seller or sub-client.

Fulfillment Node

The specific fulfillment location that handled the order.

Fulfillment Type

The type of store fulfillment, for example, STORE_PICK_UP.

Order Date

The date the order was placed, as recorded by the order management system.

Order Number

Unique identifier assigned to the order by the order management system.

Webstore Order Number

Unique identifier assigned to the order by the webstore.

Line Number

The line number of the order line.

Subline number

For order lines broken into sublines, the subline number.

Product Item Number

A unique code to identify the item on the order line/subline.

Product Name

A text description of the item.

Currency

The code for the currency for the Total Order Value amount.

Total Ordered Units

The number of units on this order line/subline.

Total Order Value

The gross amount paid for the items on this order line/subline.
