The Order & Store Fulfillment dashboard shows a single-day summary of orders in the fulfillment process, in both distribution centers and retail store locations.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

  • Time Period or Date: Use either filter to select a range of dates for this dashboard's data.
  • Seller Name
  • Fulfillment Type Desc: select the types of store fulfillment. The choices are In Store Pickup, Ship to Home, Ship to Store, and Other.

In addition to the filter pane, three key filters appear in the top row of the dashboard. Use these to filter by locations of fulfillment activity.

  • Fulfillment Node Category (Fulfillment Location Type)

  • Fulfillment Node Type (Fulfillment Node Type Desc)

  • Fulfillment Node (Fulfillment Node Desc)

Order Summary

The Order Summary section shows a single-day view of order activity.

New Orders

Orders shows the number of orders received in the selected time period.

Units shows the total number of units in the new orders.

Buyer Remorse

Orders in Buyer Remorse shows the number of orders currently in buyer remorse hold, a designated amount of time to allow for customers who change their mind and cancel their orders.

Units shows the total number of units in the orders in buyer's remorse hold.

Released Orders

Orders shows the number of orders released and ready for fulfillment after the buyer's remorse period.

If an order has multiple releases with different statuses, that same order is counted in each applicable widget: Released Orders, Fulfilled Orders, and Cancelled Orders.

Units shows the total number of units released and ready for fulfillment.

Fulfilled Orders

Orders shows the number of orders that have been fulfilled.

If an order has multiple releases with different statuses, that same order is counted in each applicable widget: Released Orders, Fulfilled Orders, and Cancelled Orders.

Units shows the total number of units that have been fulfilled.

Cancelled Orders

Orders shows the number of orders that have been cancelled.

To view this drill-down report, right-click one of the bars in New Orders Trend by Half-Hour. The report opens in a new browser tab and displays records for the half-hour period selected. For each order, the following information is listed:

Store Summary

The Store Summary section shows a quick view of current orders in Store Fulfillment. When you select this section, the filters in the top row of the dashboard are automatically limited to retail store activity.

Ship to Home

Released Orders shows the number of orders designated for Ship-to-Home Store Fulfillment.

Fulfilled Orders shows the number of orders with fulfillment completed through Ship-to-Home.

Ship to Store

Released Orders shows the number of orders designated for Ship-to-Store Store Fulfillment.

Fulfilled Orders shows the number of orders with fulfillment completed through Ship-to-Store.

In Store Pick Up

Released Orders shows the number of orders designated for In-Store Pickup Store Fulfillment.

Picked Up Orders shows the number of orders with fulfillment completed through In-Store Pickup.
