D02 Order Release Analysis

The Order Release Analysis dashboard summarizes released orders by activity date, release date, and fulfillment node. This dashboard supports hourly refresh of key performance indicator data and is available for all sellers that are on the current version of Radial Order Management.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

Activity Date: select a range of dates for this dashboard's data.
Seller
Fulfillment Location

Data Items

Demand Releases

The number of demand releases received during the selected time period.

Demand Rel Units shows the number of units in those orders.

Fulfilled Releases

The number of releases fulfilled (by shipping products) during the selected time period.

Fulfilled Rel Units shows the number of units in those orders.

Cancelled Units

The number of units that were cancelled after the customer's initial order.

Declined Units

The number of units that were declined by the fulfillment location.

Top Demand Releases by Fulfillment Node

This stacked bar chart shows the trend in the share of demand releases for the top fulfillment nodes. The number of releases is graphed against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Time Period menu above the graphs, and click Apply.

Top Fulfilled Releases by Fulfillment Node

This stacked bar chart shows the trend in the share of fulfilled releases for the top fulfillment nodes. The number of releases is graphed against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph.

Table Selector

There are several tables that show summaries of customer interaction activity. Click any link to display the corresponding table. The choices are:

For any of these tables, you can see values summarized by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the tables, make a selection from the Select Time Period menu above the graphs, and click Apply.

Release Summary by Activity Date

This table summarizes order activity by time period.

Column	Description
Activity Period	The time period for this row's data.
# Order Demand Releases	The number of demand releases received during this period.
# Order Fulfilled Releases	The number of releases fulfilled (by shipping products) during this period.
# Orders Cancelled	The number of orders that were cancelled during this time period.
# Orders Returned	The number of returned orders that arrived during this time period.

Release Summary by Release Date

This table summarizes the status of orders based on the order's release date.

Column	Description
Release Date Period	The time period of the order release date for this row's data.
# Order Releases Received	The number of order releases received during this period.
# Order Releases Fulfilled	The number of releases fulfilled (by shipping products) during this period.
# Order Releases Pending	The number of orders that have been received but are not yet fulfilled for this time period.
# Order Releases Declined	The number of orders that were declined by the fulfillment location during this period.

Release Summary by Rel Date and FF Node

This table summarizes the status of orders at each fulfillment location based on the order's release date.

Column	Description
Release Date Period	The time period of the order release date for this row's data.
Fulfillment Node	The specific fulfillment location that handled the order.
Order Releases Received	The number of order releases received.
Order Release Fulfilled	The number of releases fulfilled (by shipping products).
Order Release Pending	The number of orders that have been received but are not yet fulfilled.
Order Units Declined	The number of ordered units that were declined by the fulfillment location.
