D01 Store Fulfillment Analysis

The Store Fulfillment Analysis dashboard provides aggregate figures for units and orders delivered through store fulfillment channels.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

Order Release Date: specify a date or a range of dates for orders released on those days.
Activity Date: specify a date or a range of dates for fulfillment activity.
Seller Name
Fulfillment Location: select specific locations of fulfillment activity.

Data Items

Shipped

Orders shows the number of store fulfillment orders shipped during the selected time period. Click the number to jump to the Store Fulfillment Summary dashboard for deeper information related to this data point. The target dashboard opens in a new browser tab.

Units shows the number of product units included in the store fulfillment orders that were shipped.

Shipped Units

This pie chart shows the share of shipped units for each store fulfillment channel.

Pick Declined

Orders shows the number of store fulfillment orders that were pick declined during the selected time period.

Units shows the number of product units that were pick declined.

Pick Declined Units

This pie chart shows the share of pick declined units for each store fulfillment channel.

SFS Orders

This line graph shows the trend over time for Ship-From-Store (SFS) orders. Shipped and Pick Declined Orders are graphed against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph. Shipped and Pick Declined Units are graphed against the numeric scale on the right side of the graph.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Time Period menu above the graphs, and click Apply.

ISPU Orders

This line graph shows the trend over time for In-Store Pickup (ISPU) orders. Shipped and Pick Declined Orders are graphed against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph. Shipped and Pick Declined Units are graphed against the numeric scale on the right side of the graph.

Store Fulfillment Summary

Store Fulfillment Summary is a second-level dashboard. To reach this dashboard from the main Store Fulfillment Analysis dashboard, click the number in Shipped Orders. The Store Fulfillment Summary dashboard opens in a new browser tab. To return to the main dashboard, close the tab for the second-level dashboard.

The filters panel for the summary dashboard offers the same filter options as the main Store Fulfillment Analysis dashboard. Note that the summary dashboard's filters operate independently from the filters of the main dashboard. You can change the filters of the summary dashboard without affecting the data in the main dashboard.

Store Fulfillment Summary contains two main views. Click SFS or ISPU to select the corresponding view.

SFS

The SFS view shows a summary of Ship-from-Store activity.

Shipped

Orders shows the number of orders shipped through Ship-from-Store in the selected time period. Click the Orders number to slide open the Store Fulfillment Carrier Breakdown panel.

Units shows the number of units shipped through Ship-from-Store in the selected time period.

Store Fulfillment Carrier Breakdown

This panel slides open when you click the Orders numeric value under Shipped. To close the panel, click the X at the top right of the panel's header bar.

The Shipment Details by Carrier pie chart shows the share of SFS units for each shipping carrier. Hover over a pie segment to see the number of units, the percentage of total units, and the monetary value of units for that carrier.

The Shipment Details by Carrier Service pie chart shows the share of SFS units for each carrier service. Hover over a pie segment to see the number of units, the percentage of total units, and the monetary value of units for that service.

Pick Declined

Units shows the number of SFS units that were pick declined.

Amount shows the monetary value of pick declined units.

Pack Declined

Units shows the number of SFS units that were pack declined.

Amount shows the monetary value of pack declined units.

Pick Decline by Reason

This pie chart shows the share of SFS pick decline units for each reason code. Hover over a pie segment to see the number of units, the percentage of the total, and the monetary value of units for that reason code.

Pack Decline by Reason

This pie chart shows the share of SFS pack decline units for each reason code. Hover over a pie segment to see the number of units, the percentage of the total, and the monetary value of units for that reason code.

Units by Shipment Status

This pie chart shows the share of SFS units for each shipment status code.

Orders by Shipment Status

This pie chart shows the share of SFS orders for each shipment status code.

Order Amount by Shipment Status

This stacked bar chart shows, organized by currency code, the breakdown of monetary value for SFS units for each shipment status code.

ISPU

The ISPU view shows a summary of In-Store Pickup activity.

Customer Picked Orders

Orders shows the number of ISPU orders picked up by customers in the selected time period.

Units shows the number of units picked up by customers.

Pick Declined

Units shows the number of ISPU units that were pick declined.

Amount shows the monetary value of pick declined units.

Customer Pickup Declined

Units shows the number of ISPU units that were declined at customer pickup.

Amount shows the monetary value of customer pickup declined units.

Pick Decline by Reason

This pie chart shows the share of ISPU pick decline units for each reason code. Hover over a pie segment to see the number of units, the percentage of the total, and the monetary value of units for that reason code.

Customer Pickup Decline by Reason

This pie chart shows the share of ISPU customer pickup decline units for each reason code. Hover over a pie segment to see the number of units, the percentage of the total, and the monetary value of units for that reason code.

Units by Shipment Status

This pie chart shows the share of ISPU units for each shipment status code.

Orders by Shipment Status

This pie chart shows the share of ISPU orders for each shipment status code.

Order Amount by Shipment Status

This stacked bar chart shows, organized by currency code, the breakdown of monetary value for ISPU units in each shipment status code.
