The Open Store Orders Analysis dashboard provides store-level summary information about omnichannel orders.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

  • Seller Name
  • Fulfillment Type

Data Items

Open Orders

Orders shows the number of store fulfillment orders that are currently open. Click the number to jump to theOpen Store Orders Analysis Details dashboard for open order details broken down by store. The target dashboard opens in a new browser window. See below for more information on the details dashboard.

Units shows the number of units in these open orders.

Open Orders by Order Status

This pie chart shows the portion of open orders for each order status value.

Open Orders by Fulfillment Type

This pie chart shows the portion of open orders for each fulfillment type.

Open Orders by Order Status and Fulfillment Type

This stacked bar chart shows the number of open orders for each fulfillment type, with each bar broken down by order status. Hover over a graph segment to see additional data for that specific status value.

Open Units by Order Status and Fulfillment Type

This stacked bar chart shows the number of open units for each fulfillment type, with each bar broken down by order status. Hover over a graph segment to see additional data for that specific status value.

Open Store Orders Analysis Details Dashboard

Open Store Orders Analysis Details is a second-level dashboard. You can reach it by clicking the numeric value under Open Orders in the main Open Store Orders Analysis dashboard. The details dashboard opens in a new browser tab. To return to the main dashboard, close the tab for the second-level dashboard.

The filters panel for the details dashboard offers the same filter options as the main Open Store Orders Analysis dashboard. Note that the second-level dashboard's filters operate independently from the filters of the main dashboard. You can change the filters of the second-level dashboard without affecting the data in the main dashboard.

Open Store Orders Analysis Details dashboard contains a table that summarizes open orders at the individual store level.

Column

Description

Seller Name

The name of the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system.

Fulfillment Node ID

The code that identifies the store in the order management system.

Fulfillment Type

The type of store fulfillment.

Orders

The number of orders with each store fulfillment status. There is a separate column for each status value: Backroom Pick Approaching, Backroom Pick Expired, Pick Ticket Inprogress, Picked, Scheduled, Waiting For Checkin, Waiting For Customer Expired, Waiting For Customer Pick, Waiting For Pack, Waiting For Pack Approaching, Waiting For Pack Expired, Waiting For Pick, Waiting For Pick Approaching, Waiting For Pick Expired

Units

The number of orders with each store fulfillment status.
