D04 Store Fulfillment Decline Analysis

The Store Fulfillment Decline Analysis dashboard shows information about orders placed for store fulfillment that were then declined.

Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

  • Order Release Date: specify a date or a range of dates to review orders released on those days.
  • Activity Date: specify a date or a range of dates for fulfillment activity. Up to 18 months of information is available.
  • Seller Name
  • Fulfillment Location

Data Items

All Declines

Units shows the total number of units that were declined during the store fulfillment process.

Amount shows the monetary value of the declined units.

Pick Declines

Units shows the number of units in pick declines.

Amount shows the monetary value of units in pick declines.

Pack Declines

Units shows the number of units in pack declines.

Amount shows the monetary value of units in pack declines.

Customer Pick Declines

Units shows the number of units in customer pick declines.

Amount shows the monetary value of units in customer pick declines.

Check-In Declines

Units shows the number of units in check-in declines.

Amount shows the monetary value of units in check-in declines.

View Selector

The bottom half of the dashboard offer two different view. Click ALL DECLINES or DECLINES BY TYPE to see the corresponding view.

All Declines view

The All Declines view summarizes all decline types combined.

Declines by Reason Code

This pie chart shows the share of declined units for each reason code.

Declines Trend

This line graph shows the daily trends of declined units for each decline type.

Pick Declines by FF Type

This pie chart shows the share of pick declines for each store fulfillment type.

Declines by Type

This pie chart shows the share of declined units for each decline type.

Declines Scatter by Decline Type

This scatter chart graphs orders and units for each decline reason. Each dot represents a decline reason. The color code indicates the decline type, per the legend below the chart. The size of the dot corresponds to the total monetary value of the declined units for that reason code. The horizontal scale indicates the number of units for a decline reason. The horizontal scale indicates the number of orders. Hover over a dot to see detailed information and numeric values for that decline reason code.

You can hide and show the decline types individually by clicking the decline types on the legend. Hidden decline types are grayed out on the legend and removed from the graph. To see just one of the decline types graphed, click all of the other decline types to hide them.

Declines By Type view

The Declines by Type view lets you select one or a few of the decline types to see a summary of those declines.

Decline Type Selector

To select decline types:

  1. Click the blue Filter button.

  2. Click to select one or more decline types.

  3. Click Apply.

The charts below refresh to show data for the selected decline types.

Declines by Reason Code

This circle chart shows the share of declined units for each reason code. Hover over a pie slice to see the reason code and numeric data.

Decline Reasons Trend

This line graph shows the trend over time for the number of units declined for each reason code.

You can see values graphed by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly time units. To change the time unit of the graph, make a selection from the Select Time Period menu above the graph, and click Apply.

Top 20 Declines by Store

This graph visualizes, across a two-dimensional space, the share of declines for each of the 20 stores with the most store fulfillment declines.
