Feeds Reference

Radial feeds are file-based integrations typically used to share batch data between client systems and Radial Order Management and Radial Fulfillment. In most implementations, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) delivers feed files to a designated directory. Some feeds also have an XML format. All file acknowledgments, confirmations, and errors follow a schema shared by all products.

Webstore Integration

Radial middleware manages the interchange of product- and item-related data between your webstore and Radial. Webstore integrations include the following inbound (from client to Radial) feeds:

• Item Master

  EP section specific for item and image URLs are required if you plan to use ROM's email integration or ROM's third-party integrations with eBay marketplace.

• Price Event

  This feed is required if you plan to use any marketplace integrations, such as a third-party marketing affiliate.

• iShip Restriction

  This feed is required if you plan to support shipping outside the United States. This feed provides Radial with obtained duty (HTS code) and rate information that is required for shipping outside the United States.

Fulfillment Integrations

Radial middleware manages data exchange for all aspects of the physical product, including inventory, shipping information, and financial transactions. Check with Radial to find out which feeds you need to implement, because it depends on the specifics of your fulfillment profile and the capabilities of the fulfillment centers that support your store.

Products Warehoused and Fulfilled by Radial

Fulfillment integrations include the following outbound (from Radial to client) feeds:

• Inventory Available to Promise
• POS (Point of Sale)
• Order Shipment

Fulfillment integration specifications include the following inbound (from client to Radial) feed:

• In-Store Return

The following fulfillment-based feeds are part of the Radial warehouse implementation:

• Receiving Detail (for products inbound to a Radial warehouse)
• Inventory Transactions
• Inventory Status

Products Warehoused and Fulfilled by Client or Third-Party Warehouses

Client/3PL fulfillment integrations include the following inbound (from third party to Radial) feeds:

• Facility Inventory Status
• Order Shipment
• Return Credit Request
• In-Store Return

The specifications include the following outbound (from Radial to third party) feed:

• Orders to Fulfill (optional)
• Warehouse Management Feeds

Note: These feed requirements do not apply for warehouses/products fulfilled as part of the Radial Dropship product integration; however, they do apply to other orders processed through Radial Order Management where order fulfillment is not being handled by Radial.
