A Radial Order Management-integrated webstore can be set up to send automated emails to customers at predefined transactional events. For each event type, the email's standard text and graphics are defined in an email template. When an email message is generated, the template information is combined with customer- and event-specific data.

Email integration uses the event-based Radial Notification API architecture. See the Notification APIs page for instructions on setting up to receive these events.
