Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

  • Depending on the data you want to see, you can specify a date range in any of three date filters: Interfaced Date, Shipped Date, or Cancelled Date. Data availability is limited to the last 60 days.

  • Seller Name

  • Facility Name

  • Order Type

  • To view information a specific order, you can specify an order number in any of four filters:

    • Client Web Order Number

    • Client Web Order Number (Alternate)

    • External Order Number

    • OMS Order Release Number

  • Retailer ID

  • To view information for a specific inventory item, you can enter a value in any of three filters:

    • Item Number

    • Customer Item Number

    • Item UPC

  • To view information based on shipping channel, you can specific values for Carrier or Carrier Service.

  • Zero Cost Flag: Use this filter to view or to exclude shipments that are flagged as zero cost.

Data Items

The Customized Order Details report provides detailed information for each customized order, organized by seller and facility.

Additional hidden columns are available to display in this report. For instructions, see Hide and Show Table Columns. In the default view, the columns listed below are displayed.

Column

Description

Seller ID

Radial's code that identifies the seller.

Seller

Sales channel (store) name.

Facility ID

Radial's code that identifies the fulfillment facility.

Facility Name

Name of the warehouse or distribution center.

Client Web Order Number

Order ID assigned by the website to the order record..

Client Web Order Number (Alternative)

An secondary order ID assigned by the website to the order record.

Interfaced Date & Time

The date and time value when the order was interfaced in Radial's warehouse management system. In most cases, this date and time value marks the start of Radial's service level clocks.

Shipped Date & Time

The date and time value in Radial's warehouse management system indicating when then order was shipped. In most cases, this date and time value marks the stop time for Radial service level clocks.

Shipping Zipcode

Destination postal code for the shipped order.

Order Status

The status of the order, as recorded in the warehouse management system.

Item Number

A unique identifier for the item. Typically, Radial-assigned catalog ID followed by client-assigned SKU number for the item.

Customer Item Number

A unique identifier for the item in the client's system.

Item UPC

Universal Product Code, a manufacturer-assigned number that corresponds to a barcode for the item.

Customized Ordered Units

The number of customized units that were ordered.

Customized Shipped Units

The number of customized units that were shipped to the customer.

Cancelled Units

The number of customized units that were cancelled.

Customization Type Code

A code for the type of customization for these items.

Customization Type Description

A description of the type of customization.
