R06 Inbound SLA Details
The Inbound SLA Details report shows detailed information about each inbound shipment and its SLA performance.
Filters
The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.
- Received Date
- ASN Created Date
- SLA Start Date
- Seller Name
- Facility Name
- Channel
- SLA Eligibility: filter by whether units are eligible to be included in SLA measurements
- SLA
- PO#: select one or more specific PO numbers to see information just for those POs
- ASN#: select one or more specific ASN numbers to see information just for those ASNs
- Client Item Number: select one or more specific item numbers to see information just for those items
- Radial Item Number: select one or more specific item numbers to see information just for those items
- UPC: select one or more UPCs to see information just for those items
Data Items
The Inbound SLA Details report lists, by seller and facility, inbound items and their performance against inbound service level agreements.
Additional hidden columns are available to display in this report. For instructions, see Hide and Show Table Columns. In the default view, the columns listed below are displayed.

Description |

Seller ID |
A unique identifier for the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system. Usually a seller corresponds to one sales channel, for example, a webstore serving a particular geographic region operating under a particular name. |
Facility Name |
Name of the warehouse or distribution center. |
PO# |
Purchase order number. |
ASN# |
Advance shipping notice number. |
Radial Item Number |
A unique identifier for the item. Typically, Radial-assigned catalog ID followed by client-assigned SKU number for the item. |
Item Description |
A text description of the item or SKU. |
Carton ID |
Unique identifier for the carton that contained the items |
Channel |
The retail channel associated with the item, B2B or EB2C. |
SKU Created Date Time |
The timestamp of the SKU. |
Receipt Info Date Time |
The timestamp of the receipt information record. |
Appointment Created Date Time |
The timestamp when the delivery appointment was created. |
Check-in Date Time |
The timestamp of check-in. |
SLA Start Date Time |
The time when the clock starts for purposes of measuring SLA performance for this delivery. |
Received Date Time |
The timestamp when the units were received. |
Received Units |
The number of units received. |
Putaway Units |
The number of units put away. |
Open Units |
The number of units not yet put away. |
Putaway Complete |
A value of 1 indicates that putaway is complete for this delivery. |
Appointment ID |
A unique identifier for the delivery appointment. |
Appointment Comment |
A comment attached to the delivery appointment record. |
Shipper's Name |
The name of the shipper for this delivery. |
Carrier |
The name of the carrier for this delivery. |
Vendor Perf. Comment |
A comment from the vendor about this shipment. |
Vendor Perf. Description |
More information about the vendor comment. |
Is Small Parcel |
Yes if the carton for this shipment qualifies as a small parcel. |
SLA Eligible |
Yes if this shipment is eligible to be included in SLA measurement. |
Exclusion Type |
If this shipment is not eligible to be included in SLA, the reason for the exclusion. |
Exclusion Units |
The number of units excluded from SLA. |
Exception Type |
If this shipment is an exception to SLA, the reason for the exception. |
Exception Units |
The number of units counted as an exception to SLA. |
