Filters

The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.

To specify a time range for this dashboard's data, make a selection in Snapshot Period or Snapshot Month (end of month).
Seller Name
Region
Facility Name
To view information for a specific inventory item, you can enter a value in any of three filters:
- Item Number
- Client Item Number
- UPC Number
SKU Category
Stock Status

Data Items

The Inventory Details History report provides quantity information for each inventory item, based on monthly snapshots, organized by seller, facility, and bin location.

Additional hidden columns are available to display in this report. For instructions, see Hide and Show Table Columns. In the default view, the columns listed below are displayed.

Column	Description
Snapshot Date	The date of the data capture for this table row's data.
Seller	Sales channel (store) name.
Facility	Name of the warehouse or distribution center.
Bin Location	A code for the specific location for this item in the distribution center.
Location Class	The type of bin or storage location where the item is located.
Item Number	A unique identifier for the item. Typically, Radial-assigned catalog ID followed by client-assigned SKU number for the item. .
Item Description	A text description of the item or SKU.
Style	Style of the item, from the inventory record for the SKU.
Vendor	Vendor Product ID of the item, from the inventory record for the SKU.
Stock Status	Stock status of the inventory. Values are Available, Damaged, and any other client-specific buckets created in the warehouse management system.
On Hand Units	Quantity of the inventory that is physically in the facility. This quantity includes available, unavailable and allocated inventory buckets.
Allocated Units	Inventory quantity that is allocated for orders.
Avail Units	Inventory quantity that is available to be allocated to the next orders.
Item Cost	Unit cost of the SKU. If this information is not provided by the seller, the value is set to $0.
