R01 Returns Details
Filters
The filter pane for this report includes the following filters.
- Activity Date: specify a range of dates for the report.
- Seller Name
- Facility Name
- Item Number: specify an item number to see returns only for that item.
- Client Item Number: specify a client item number to see returns only for that item.
- Item UPC: specify a UPC to see returns only for that item.
Data Elements
The Returns Details report lists each customer-returned item received by the facility.
Additional hidden columns are available to display in this report. For instructions, see Hide and Show Table Columns. In the default view, the columns listed below are displayed.

Description |

Seller ID |
A unique identifier for the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system. Usually a seller corresponds to one sales channel, for example, a webstore serving a particular geographic region operating under a particular name. |

Seller |
The name of the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system. |

Facility ID |
Unique identifier for the warehouse or distribution center. |

Facility |
Name of the warehouse or distribution center. |

Activity Date |
Date of the latest update to the order record. |

Product Group |
Product group assigned to the SKU. |
|
Item Number |
A unique identifier for the item. Typically, Radial-assigned catalog ID followed by client-assigned SKU number for the item. |

Client Item Number |
The client's unique identifier for the item. |
|
UPC Number |
Universal Product Code, a manufacturer-assigned number that corresponds to a barcode for the item. |

Item Description |
A text description of the item or SKU. |

Item Length |
The length of the packaged item. |
|
Item Width |
The width of the packaged item. |
|
Item Height |
The height of the packaged item. |
|
Color |
The item's color designation, if any. |
|
Stock Status |
Stock status of the inventory user is viewing. Values are Available, Damaged, and any other client-specific buckets created in the warehouse management system. |

Return Units |
Total number of units that were included on the return |
|
Return Putaway Units |
Total number of return units that were marked as putaway in the warehouse management system. |
