Filters

The filter pane for this report includes the following filters.

  • Activity Date: specify a range of dates for the report.
  • Seller Name
  • Facility Name
  • Return Reason
  • To view information for a specific inventory item, you can enter a value in any of three filters:

    • Item Number

    • Client Item Number

    • UPC Number

  • To view information for a specific order, you can specify an order number in either of these filters:

    • Client Web Order Number

    • Client Web Order Number (Alternate)

  • Stock Status
  • Refurbished Flag

Data Elements

The Return Details (with Order Reference) report lists each customer-returned item received by the facility.

Additional hidden columns are available to display in this report. For instructions, see Hide and Show Table Columns. In the default view, the columns listed below are displayed.

Column

Description

Seller

Sales channel (store) name.

Facility

Name of the warehouse or distribution center.

Client Web Order Number

Order ID assigned by the website to the order record.

Return Process Date

The date the returned items were entered in the WMS.

Client Item Number

The client's unique identifier for the item.

Stock Status

Stock status of the inventory user is viewing. Values are Available, Damaged, and any other client-specific buckets created in the warehouse management system.

Return Reason

The reason recorded for this return.

Return Units

Number of units that were included on the return

Received Units

Number of return units that were marked as received in the warehouse management system.

Putaway Units

Number of return units that were marked as putaway in the warehouse management system.
