R01 Store Fulfillment Shipment Details

The Store Fulfillment Shipment Details report displays detailed information on store fulfillment shipment activity for each order and order line.

Filters

The filter pane for this report includes the following filters.

  • Order Release Date: specify a date or a range of dates to review orders released on those days.
  • Activity Date: specify a date or a range of dates for fulfillment activity. Information is available only for the last 60 days.

  • Seller Name

  • Fulfillment Location Type: select a type of location, for example, Retail Store.

  • Fulfillment Location: select specific locations of fulfillment activity.

  • Order Fulfillment Type: select one or more types of fulfillment, for example, In Store Pickup.

  • Invoice Type

  • OMS Order: search for a specific order number to find information for that order.

  • Webstore Order No: search for a specific order number to find information for that order.

  • Invoice No: search for a specific invoice number to find information for orders tied to that invoice.

  • Shipment Status

  • Shipment Status Group

  • Primary Tracking No: search for a specific tracking number to find information for the order tied to that shipment.

  • Shipment Reroute Flag

Data Items

Column

Description

Seller Name

The name of the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system.

Fulfillment Location

The fulfillment location handling the order.

Release Date

The date on which the order was released for fulfillment.

Fulfillment Location Type

The type of fulfillment location.

Order Fulfillment Type

The type of store fulfillment for the order.

Fulfillment Order ID

Identifier for the order.

Order Date

The date on which the order was placed.

Invoice Date

The date on which the order was invoiced.

Web Order No

The webstore's identifier for the order.

OMS Order No

Identifier for the order in the Order Management System.

Release No

Sequential number for a release of all or part of the order.

Shipment No

Unique identifier for the shipment.

Status Description

The current shipping status for the items.

Shipment Status Group

The category of shipment status for the release.

Shipment Status Date

Date of the latest change of shipment status.

Shipment Created Date

The date the shipment record was created in the fulfillment system.

Ready Backroom Pick Date

The date the items were ready for backroom pick.

Shipment Packed Date

The date the items were placed in a package for shipping.

Shipment Shipped Date

The date the package was handed to the shipping carrier.

Line No

In the order, the line number for these items.

SKU

The SKU (item identifier) for this order line.

Ship to Postal Code

Postal code or zip code of the package's destination.

Pick Decline Code

A code for a pick decline reason, for items that were pick declined.

Pack Decline Code

A code for a pack decline reason, for items that were pack declined.

Customer Pick Decline Code

A code for a pick decline reason, for items that were pick declined by the customer.

Check-in Decline Code

A code for a check-in decline reason, for items that were check-in declined.

Unit Retail Price

The retail price per unit.

Shipped Units

The number of units actually shipped.

Pick Decline Units

The number of units that were declined during pick.

Pack Decline Units

The number of units that were declined during pack.

Customer Pick Decline Units

The number of units that were declined by the customer.

Check-in Cancel Units

The number of units that were cancelled during check-in.
