R02 Store Fulfillment Decline Details

The Store Fulfillment Decline Details report lists each store fulfillment order that includes declined units and provides details about the declined units.

Filters

The filter pane for this report includes the following filters.

  • Order Release Date: specify a date or a range of dates to review orders released on those days.
  • Activity Date: specify a date or a range of dates for fulfillment activity. Information is available only for the last 60 days.

  • Seller Name

  • Fulfillment Location: select specific locations of fulfillment activity.

  • Status

  • OMS Order: search for a specific order number to find information for that order.

  • Web Order No: search for a specific order number to find information for that order.

  • SKU Name

  • Pick Decline Reason

  • Pack Decline Reason

  • Cstpick Decline Reason

  • Checkin Decline Reason

Column

Description

Seller Name

The name of the seller or sub-client, as set up in the order management system.

Seller ID

A code that identifies the seller in the order management system.

Fulfillment Location

The code that identifies the store in the order management system.

Decline Status

The type of decline that applies to the order.

Fulfillment Order ID

Identifier for the order in the fulfillment system.

Order Date

The date on which the order was placed.

Web Order No

Identifier for the order in the webstore.

OMS Order No

Identifier for the order in the Order Management System.

Release No

Sequential number for a release of all or part of the order.

Original Line No

In the order as originally placed, the line number for these items.

SKU

The SKU (item identifier) for this order line.

SKU Description

A text description of the item.

Pick Decline Date

If an item was pick declined, the date the decline occurred.

Pack Decline Date

If an item was pack declined, the date the decline occurred.

Customer Decline Date

If an item was declined by the customer, the date the decline occurred.

Checkin Decline Date

If an item was declined at check-in, the date the decline occurred.

Pick Decline Units

The number of units that were pick declined.

Pick Decline Description

The text explanation for the pick decline.

Pack Decline Units

The number of units that were pack declined.

Pack Decline Description

The text explanation for the pack decline.

Customer Pick Decline Units

The number of units that were declined by the customer.

Customer Pick Decline Description

The text explanation for the customer pick decline.

Check-in Decline Units

The number of units that were declined at check-in.
