About Omni Operations

Omni Operations comprise the tasks common to all of the workflows, including:

Putaway enables you to track items that need to be returned to stock.
Pick Ticket Summary enables you to review pick tickets, see their statuses, pick orders that have not been picked, and confirmed picked orders.
Order Search enables you to search for a specific order by order number, customer name, or customer email.
Reprint Documents enables you to view and reprint pick tickets, hold tickets, pack slips, delivery slips, return shipping labels, and return receipts.
Order Exceptions enables you to view and resolve exceptions that prevent orders from being fulfilled.
Return Items enables you to process BORIS (buy online, return in store) orders.

Depending on your role and permissions, you may not see all of these tasks.
