D01 Fulfillment Overview
The Fulfillment Overview dashboard looks at current fulfillment activity, with a focus on this week and last week.
Filters
The filter pane for this dashboard includes the following filters.
- Seller Name
- Facility Name
Data Items
Current Week
The Current Week section looks at the current Sunday-to-Saturday calendar week.
Note: Because the week is still underway, the numbers in this section reflect a partial week's activity.
Total Interfaced Orders
The actual number of orders received so far this week.
% to Locked Forecast shows actual orders expressed as a percentage of the forecast orders for the full week. A value less than 100% means that actual orders were less than forecast, while a value greater than 100% means that actual orders exceeded forecast.
Total Interfaced Units
The actual number of units ordered so far this week.
% to Locked Forecast shows actual units ordered, expressed as a percentage of the forecast units for the full week. A value less than 100% means that actual units were less than forecast, while a value greater than 100% means that actual units exceeded forecast.
Total Order Value
The total monetary value of this week's orders.
Avg. Order Value shows the average monetary value of an order received this week.
Total Open Orders
The current number of orders that have been interfaced but not yet shipped.
Total Open Units shows the total number of units in open orders.
Last Week
The Last Week section focuses on the previous calendar week.
Total Interfaced Orders
The actual number of orders received last week. This number is color-coded: it displays in green if the % to Locked Forecast value is within the range of 85%-115%, and in red if the value is outside of that range.

This table shows measures of performance compared to Service Level Agreement targets for outbound shipments.

Order Activity Trend - This & Last Weeks
This line and bar graph shows the day-by-day trend of order activity since last week. Daily Orders Interfaced and Orders Shipped are graphed as bars against the numeric scale on the left side of the graph. Orders Cancelled are graphed as a line against the numeric scale on the right side of the graph.
Inbound Units
This bar chart shows the number of units received and putaway, comparing last week with this week.

Return Units
This bar chart shows the number of units returned by customers, comparing last week with this week.
