About the Omni Administration Menu
The Omni Administration menu enables you to manage configurations and settings of the ROM application for a Seller A seller is part of an organization. It can represent a sales channel, geographic region, or line of business. Organizations can have more than one seller, but a seller can have only one organization.. Access to the options on this menu depends on your role and permissions you have.
To access the Omni Administration menu:
- Click or tap the Radial logo in the upper-left corner of the screen. The Main Menu appears.
- Click or tap Omni Administration. The Omni Administration submenu appears.
The following options are available:
- User Management: View and manage roles and users.
- Inventory Availability: Create and edit ATP rules, configure ATP by Seller, and configure safety stock for a seller.
- Order Line Sourcing Rules: View and manage Core Rules and Seller Rules.
- Region A collection of ZIP Codes, countries, or states/provinces Configuration: View and manage Shipping Regions and Shipping Region Groups.
- Seller Configurations: View and manage seller-level configurations, seller service groups, payment methods, and shipping method optimizations.
- Inventory Organization The entity that owns the inventory. One Inventory Organization can have many Sellers; a Seller can have only one Inventory Organization.: Display Inventory Organization details and edit the inventory organization settings.
- Fulfillment Node A fulfillment location; that is, a DC, store, or dropship vendor. Also called Inventory Node.: Display fulfillment nodes in a seller’s fulfillment network and add, edit, and delete nodes.
- Fulfillment Node Group A set of fulfillment nodes that share inventory. Typically, the nodes in a node group are located in the same region.: Display a list of fulfillment node groups configured for a seller and add, edit, and delete nodes.
- Node A fulfillment location. Can be a distribution center, dropshipper, or retail store. Calendars: Display a list of shipping calendars configured for a seller and add, edit, and delete nodes.
- Fulfillment Node Item: Search and edit Node Item configurations for a seller.
- Print Documents: Display a list of default print templates provided by Radial and create customized seller print templates based on the default templates.
- Configure Order Queues: Display a list of order queues configured for a seller and add, edit, and delete order queues.
- Manage Store Messages: Display a list of notification and information messages configured for a seller and add, edit, and delete messages.
- Reason Codes: Display a list of the reason codes associated with modified orders and returns and add, edit, and delete codes.
- Payment Refund Rules: Configure and manage rules about payment refunds.
